A licence issued in advance by this Department is required for the import,
introduction from the sea, export, re-export or possession of any specimens
of a scheduled
species, whether alive, dead, its parts or derivatives (including
medicines) while dealings in scheduled species without licences are permitted
under certain circumstances. For details, please refer to the Licensing
and Inspection Requirements. If a licence issued in advance by this
Department is required, you should note the application procedures below.
